Cheryl Contee is the award-winning CEO and co-founder of Fission Strategy, which helps the world’s leading non-profits, foundations and social enterprises design digital ecosystems that create change globally. She is also the co-founder of groundbreaking social marketing software Attentive.ly at Blackbaud, the first venture-backed tech startup with a black female founder on board to be acquired by a NASDAQ-traded company.
Martina spent over 20 years as a marketing and product executive building, branding, and launching market-defining software at Microsoft, Netscape/AOL, and Loudcloud. She's also been on the Advisory Boards of 10+ B2C & B2B startups. Martina is currently an Operating Partner at Costanoa Ventures. She is also the Product Marketing Partner at Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) and is a Lecturer on marketing at the UC Berkeley graduate school of engineering.
Lakeisha founded Talent Karma to identify and eliminate toxic work cultures with an lens towards inclusion. She spent over 10 years as an employment lawyer representing employers and individuals through contract, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment and compliance matters. She is also the founder of a social driven black professionals organization Onyx, Community Connection, which organizes business, social and community service events for its membership.
